Therapy is trauma informed.
Our session are able to address coping skills, and development of social and motor skills. However, if you wish to receive a specific treatment to address a trauma, or there is a risk that I am unable to accept, I can recommend some options of other practitioners.

Referrals will be triaged by the clinician, as we believe in providing a quality service. You will be contacted by administration to make an appointment.

In-clinic sessions are held at Generations Medical. Level 1, 144 Indooroopilly Road, Taringa, QLD
Outdoor sessions are held in various locations in Inner-West Brisbane.
Telehealth sessions are also available.

Home visits are not conducted. However, off-site outdoor therapy options are available on set days.

Yes, in certain circumstances. School visits may be necessary to complete an assessment, or for interdisciplinary communication.
School visits incur an extra travel fee.
Parents and carers are responsible for organizing time and location with the school.

In order to ensure that we can offer a fair service, 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. All cancellations within 48 hours notice will incur a fee. This fee will vary and depend on the notice period for the cancelled/ missed appointment:
ALL cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice of your appointment will inur a $100 fee.
If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying, a fee equivalent to the cost of the consultation will apply.
Multiple cancellations may restrict a therapeutic relationship. It is at the clinicians’ discretion to cease a working relationship if this occurs.

No, we are not NDIS registered by choice. We only provide services to NDIS participants who are plan-managed or self-managed.
